A rental shop hands you boxes. We are a design studio: you work directly with the owners and designers on one cohesive look, we build it from our own inventory with zero sub-rental delays, and our crew delivers, sets up, styles and tears down. One team, one vision, no day-of logistics on your shoulders.

Weddings are often booked 8–14 months out, and prime Saturdays go first — but we regularly design beautiful events on shorter timelines. Start with a consultation; your date is reserved once your booking is confirmed.

Yes — Windsor Event Decor is a full-service wedding decorator based in Windsor, Ontario. We design, deliver, set up and tear down complete wedding decor across Windsor-Essex: ceremony arches and stages, head tables, tablescapes, backdrops, draping and lighting — for weddings of every culture and tradition.

We carry $2 million in liability insurance (documentation available for your venue on booking), and we are 100% family owned and operated — the people you meet at your consultation are the people styling your room on the day.
