Most decor companies rent you boxes and wish you luck. We are the region’s boutique alternative: a family studio where the people you meet at your consultation are the people styling your room on the day.
Because our stages, arches, draping, florals and tablescapes come from our own 1,000+ piece inventory, there are no sub-rental delays, no mismatched finishes and no last-minute surprises. And because we know Windsor-Essex ballrooms by heart — the loading docks, ceiling heights and light at rooms like the Ciociaro Club and Giovanni Caboto Club — setup day runs calmly, on schedule, invisibly.

How It Works
A dry-hire rental shop hands you boxes and a return deadline. A design studio hands you a finished room. Here is the whole journey:
A private consultation at our Windsor studio. We listen first — your story, your traditions, your venue, your budget — then shape the concept and mood of the day.
We compose your look from our 1,000+ piece in-house inventory: stage, arch, florals, tablescape, lighting. You approve the design before a single item is packed.
Delivery, professional setup, on-the-day styling and complete teardown after the last dance. You never lift, haul, or return a thing.
